Three tourists surfing in Mexico were killed for truck's tires

So these petty "thieves" killed 3 athletic, grown men execution style, removed the wheels from their truck, kept the tires, put the wheels back on the truck, and then burned the truck? Oh, and the property owner of the place these 3 surfers were staying at was killed 2 weeks prior and dumped in the same well as the 3 surfers? Yeah, nothing shady about that story...

Stay out of Mexico people. Why even risk it, even in the “safe” areas?

99% of people think that’s dumb. Why steal tires when I can take your truck?

OMG I am sick at heart for the mothers of these poor men!!!!! The very definition of a senseless tragedy....

I live in Mexico and my advice is don’t get drunk. Don’t hang out with people You don’t know stay in large groups. Don’t meet women at a bars and stay in the hotel bar.

If every citizen is fleeing from Mexico, why would you think it's a good idea to go there for a vacation? 🤔

This is horrible and unacceptable.

So sad. I remember driving into Mexico as a kid with my family, this was in 1968. I was 12 yrs old, and we stopped along a beach where some buildings were being constructed. There was a mariachi band playing, and I think they were setting up for a party later that afternoon. My dad was talking to the men and they let us kids play on the beach. There were hundreds of sand dollars, and we asked if we could take some. The men laughed and said take as many as you want, but my father said we could each take only 1. Everyone was so nice to us, it's so sad to think there is so much crime and misery now. I think most if it is due to drugs. I really hate people who use illegal drugs. They ruin so many innocent lives.

Why anyone would go to Mexico is beyond me.

If this was a robbery for their truck tires, why are the tires' rims on the burned out truck?

I call BS. Killed for tires, yet truck was burned with tires still on it. Three people shot in the head, bodies hidden, and we're supposed to believe this "drug deal or cartel assasination" was just an attempted tire robbery?

What a waste of human life. It is hard to believe there are animals out there that could be so cruel and heartless. God Bless these guys and their loved ones!

How sad! I used to go down to Rosa Rito and Ensenada all the time back in the day. Had a blast down there but not anymore. It’s too scary down there now.

the owner of the land where the crime happened was killed weeks ago, there is something bigger, not only tires ........
