Semi-Truck burned down. 4 hour standstill traffic in AZ

My wife and I were stuck in frozen traffic on our way to Vegas for 4 hours on I-40 in AZ due to a semi truck that caught on fire, causing a shutdown on the freeway with no way to turn off.

I apologize that the death of both of my parents ruined your trip to Vegas. How inconsiderate. I not only lost my parents in that carnage, but their bodies are completely burned beyond recognition. Without a positive ID we cannot claim their remains. DNA identification is stated to take at least 6 months. So while your trip to Vegas was temporarily held up, my brother and I are a thousand miles away trying to figure out how to get our parents positively identified so that we can lay them to rest. But please, let me hear more about how bad the traffic was on I-40 westbound on 11/12/20.
