  • English is not your first language? That's surprising because I think your speaking is perfectly fine
  • @fiopio5289
I'm 28 years old and seriously considering going back to school to study engineering. I feel old and embarrassed about starting all over again but the business degree I got when I was 22 has proved to be useless and unfulfilling. Not to mention drowned me in student debt. Anyway, thank you for this video and I hope everyone is having a good day
  • Engineering is a beat down. You really start to get a feeling that math and problem solving are your life and that you'll have to know so many different things to be successful. You can't learn everything and people forget things over time so what is working like as an engineer? Extremely specialized team oriented tasks? Working in the real world is scarier than school to me, especially with people's lives at risk potentially.
  • With every video of yours I watch, the more I’m convinced with my plan to major in mechanical engineering. Thank you!
  • @longmai3044
You're very humble when saying that you are not good at writing, though Your talk in every video is always clear and organisational.

You’re so inspiring and motivational . I’m a huge fan . This my first course in electrical engineering and your videos helped me so much thank you 🙏🏼
  • @sellskie5007
"Wow" Thank you very for this inspirational message!

Late comment but I so agree with you on "if you don't get it then keep trying until you get it" mentality. I did jewelery design in college, and in the beginning I sucked at soldering. I just did not get it and couldn't get projects done on time. But then I practiced and practiced until I became really good and started enjoy doing it. By the end of the year I was soldering really intricate designs and made a ring with over 50 solder joints on it.
  • I've been self-learning c++ and anytime i feel like giving up I just keep trying; feels pretty rewarding honestly and I forgot how much I enjoy it. So it's always nice to hear success stories.
  • Thanks for posting these videos. As someone going back to school for Mechanical Engineering, hearing these things is encouraging. :)

This. This is the type of person I need to be around when I get to UNI
  • Thank you so much for this inspirational video! I’m 22, finished my nursing degree in 2022 and even got accepted into med school after 4 years of front line work and learning for the German mcat. Now I reevaluated the reality of being a physician and plan to go into engineering (med tech)

I love the “medidating on a concept” saying! You go!🤟🏽🤟🏽!
  • @Gapo1994
Difficulty is relative, if one has no discipline nor motivation and has limited knowledge about the problem than it is indeed difficult, but not imposible. Something being difficult just means you need to put more work to solve a problem.
  • You are truly an inspiration to me. I am on my second year of university in Italy, modern languages, and I’ve realized that it isn’t my path. Although I am “built” for languages, because I naturally understand the mechanism behind a language - while others may need a bit more - I still feel like it is not my field. I aim to finish this year, and hopefully start all over with engineering. At 21 yo. Maybe I am being too “romantic” but I adore the idea that engineering can give you an unique insight of our world and how we can make it a better place. I mean, I am amazed and I often find myself thinking “Wow, how this has been made? How it works?”. The only reason I never had the courage to peruse engineering is the fact that I always underestimated myself and my value. Wish me luck on my future journey, cause I decided to go for mechanical engineering! Oh, and thanks for making such a USEFUL channel, and showing that women can be as good as men in every single field!

Whenever I am losing my motivation to go through everyday I just watch your videos and just push through. Engineering is a fun course tho it has its own difficulties that I have to tackle. The pressure of the future and my responsibilities someday makes me stressed out so watching your videos keeps me on track. I started watching your videos before I went to college now I am on my second year of electronics engineering and I can say you are one of the person I look up to. Like an older sister who gives me advice. Thank youuuu.

This video is so helpful! I am the same I am really bad at putting my thoughts into words, luckily I love problem solving. I'm a senior in high school going into college for mechanical engineering in the fall, your channel is great and very informative, I feel even better about my decision to go into ME. This channel is great, we need more women in STEM, I went to an accepted students day and there were only TWO other girls in my engineering tour group and about 50 boys!! Keep up the work these videos are great!!
  • I’m a second semester ME major and I’m talking an intro course to C++ because it is a pre rec. Lately I’ve been struggling to build assigned programs. I get frustrated easily. Seeing this really motivates me to keep trying so thank you!
  • @brookerees2876
I was so surprised English isn’t your first language! This entire time I thought you were American! Amazing. Anyway, your channel is so helpful, thank you for doing this.
