Trump Suing to Hide Financial Records

Donald Trump is pulling out all the stops to hide his financial records. He filed a lawsuit yesterday to block Deutsche Bank and Capital One from handing his financial records over to Congress. This is quite a conundrum for the banks who are now between a rock and a hard place. It’s illegal for them to ignore a subpoena, so we got in touch with the Trump Family Foundation’s lawyer and surprisingly, he agreed to answer a few questions. In other news, the Pope yesterday addressed a group of Italian barbers, stylists, and beauticians and warned them to “avoid falling into the temptation of gossip that is easily associated with your work.” This seemed odd to us, and we wondered what beauty professionals think of it, so we asked Jimmy’s long-time barber, Harry Stewart to weigh in. #FredWillard

  • Yeah, because nothing says innocent like hiding what could prove your innocence.
  • Tiffany's mom made a brilliant move when she moved her far, far away from her half-siblings.

  • "I'd love to release my financial records but I can't" "I'm going to sue you if you release my financial records due to a court order". Don't usually sue to prevent things that you would love.
  • Fred Willard is a national treasure. He should be on Mt. Rushmore.
  • But he has nothing to hide... so why hide everything? SMH
  • Innocent people don't sue their banks to keep their financial records away from the police. WTF people. How can anyone think that this guy is not a crook?
  • @whaghht
Why is he suing? He’s been caught out telling lies and being corrupt before, yet he always weathers the storm. There must be something huuuuge there.
  • @113dmg9
Jimmy Kimmel definitely "hit it out of the park" with this monologue!
