Im pretty sure the “sleepy time mock tail” trend on tik tok was having some backlash cause you’re not supposed to take the powder medicine or supplement powder out of the capsules they come in. The capsules allow for premium absorption and safe absorb too im pretty sure. I mean it seems like common sense. You should’ve probably gotten just the powdered magnesium in a tub. But also follow the instructions of how much magnesium to take and when cause too much can obviously be a big issue. Making it a trend wasn’t the brightest idea cause many people might take medication that interact with magnesium or like I said too much magnesium can be a bad thing. At the end of the day it’s a supplement and just like medications they shouldn’t be abused. Or used in ways they’re not supposed to be!
