In this video, we dive into the philosophy of Taoism, founded by the ancient chinese philosopher and sage, Lao Tzu. Through his wisdom in the "Tao Te Ching", Lao Tzu teaches us to live in harmony with the universe.

Central to Taoism is the concept of 'Wu Wei,' which means 'non-action' or 'effortless action.' It's about moving with the flow of life, much like a river that effortlessly carves its path.

Lao Tzu's teachings remind us that true power lies in letting go and embracing the natural course of events. Instead of resisting and trying to control everything , we can find peace and balance in our lives with the Tao—the way of nature.

So, how can we apply these ancient principles in our lives?

  • I cannot thank you enough for this video. I am struggling right now and this video gave me hope once more. I've been searching for philosophies, mindsets, routines, worldviews etc that can help me get over this hump for the past months. But I think that I've finally reached a way of thinking that can help me. There are aspects of Taoism that are very valuable, especially for someone in my situation. I'll see in a few months if life is going to be better. In the meantime, thank you for giving me hope

This is how I had my first awakening about 20 years ago, I just knew to do nothing. Let go, let it be. Then I found myself in a blissful state shortly thereafter Honestly I didn’t start small. I didn’t make a process out of it. Just let it be.
