As one of your card mates during that flex round, which was awesome to play a round with you, Josh, and Jason, I would say we both had our share of execution issues, haha. I would also say the two primary things you all mentioned, "Keeping the head down, and committing the hand to the line." is something I suffer from as well. Was awesome playing New London with you all.

I think keeping the head down, especially early on, is not good. You should see the target for as long as possible. Brian E talks about this, and I think it’s so important. Keeping your head down, can’t visualize the target and it allows the shoulders to rotate too early. When you’re looking at the target, your shoulders can’t turn that far. When the cross step hits the ground, that should be the first time your eyes move away from the target!!
