    I like this a ton! Great explanation and it is nice that you added the hips movement at the end! I really appreciate it since it shows how to train these two things at the same time. At least I feel that I have problems in both and that's great to get a "feeling" how it should feel like! Thank you alot for this video! Also, I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but do you know a "routine" for training these drills that you have on your channel? That could be done like weekly basis or if you have done some kind of routine, it would be nice to get some kind of "overall" training schedule.

    Have you tried throwing a disc while doing the "windshield" drill?. I'm going to try it.

    I found myself planting open in my throws, which I've improved but still not satisfied with. I think another good thing about planting up against something would be it would force you to plant square (assuming your walkup is perpendicular to the thing). A stairway or something similar could work.

    Hey there. While doing this, I can feel the pressure coming up through the leg, into the hips. Eventually the hand starts to move on its own. Maybe that's the feeling I should be after.
