I didn't see or feel any changes to my upper body, but I could see some changes to my lower body. My legs were sore and fatigued in the beginning of the workout. However, with time and after consistent foam rolling, I started getting used to the volume of the workout!

The consistency of your 30 day MURPH challenge is Spectacular & The Three of Your Exercise Form is Pretty Good, Except one of the exercise that been done wrong, THATβS YOUR SQUATS.
