I completed 30 Murphs in 30 Days with the exception of doing them with a weighted vest! Each Murph consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats and another 1 mile run. In total, I completed 60 miles, 3000 pull ups, 6000 push ups and 9000 squats!

I didn't see or feel any changes to my upper body, but I could see some changes to my lower body. My legs were sore and fatigued in the beginning of the workout. However, with time and after consistent foam rolling, I started getting used to the volume of the workout!

  • The consistency of your 30 day MURPH challenge is Spectacular & The Three of Your Exercise Form is Pretty Good, Except one of the exercise that been done wrong, THAT’S YOUR SQUATS.

How does your pull-up bar / doorframe not break from the weight of your giant balls?
