Land rover discovery 2 rear coil springs fitted on front

Fitted rear coil springs to front, much improved quality of the ride. Better over speed bumps. Only down side is that the rear will need lifting by 2" due to the springs being longer and a slightly heavier gauge. I will try to update rear mod!

Progressively wound springs:

These springs are sometimes called variable Rate springs. The purpose of non-linear springs is to provide more compliance in the suspension over rough surfaces. These springs are designed with low initial spring rates but rapidly increase as the spring is compressed. The theory is that this allows the car to travel smoothly over bumps and road imperfections but still be tight enough to provide good handling and prevent the chassis from bottoming out... • Still using the rear springs in front? I just added an ARB bumper and winch (unexpectedly got a great deal on them - used), but now my front is quite loaded on my tired old springs. Not having the cash for an HD spring set, I’ve considered using moving some spare rear springs up front. What do you think?
