Pat is the only person you need on your side when the apocalypse comes.

I saw the thumbnail, and immediately thought "Guess I'm having a stroke. What a crazy crossover video that would be. Well, been a good run!"

Its ironic that ive worked out in this method for years and took some crap for it instead of following the crowd. At 60 im always working on quick twitch response plus strength with resistence bands and for cardio days i bike and for balance i have my electric scooter. Ive changed up my methods a little to keep things fun and challenging. Good to see im on the right path. Thanks fellas.

Never in my life did I think I would see this cross over. But I absolutely love it. Patmac is the man

I fell to certain death and survived. Shattered hip and shattered pelvis broken right shoulder 10 broken ribs bruised lung bruised femur severe hypothermia. I was alone in the woods 6 degrees out real feel of 14 below. Lightly dressed q 60 second walk threw the woods too my truck took hours. Upon making it to my truck on the 3rd or 4th attempt I made it in the truck called for my own medivac. I fell at 52 currently 57 and almost fully recovered minus any distance running. Still live with misery but that will never change I've accepted my pain levels and realize they will never leave. You have to prepare for the impossible in life and it won't be when it arrives. NEVER GIVE. Months in wheelchair months with walker months with a cane . Make yourself hard to kill spiritually physically and mentally
  • This is like a match made in heaven. I watch juji because of bodybuilding/strength aspect and I watch Pat because of the tactical world. Perfect, thanks guys!
  • @othrerir_jussi
Such a good crossover, never thought I'd see Pat mac and juji together.
  • I did a little shot put in high school back in the 80’s and we were never allowed to say throw. We were told, “Shot putters don’t throw, they put out!”
  • @legendaddy87
Damn...was just sittin here, having a break from my studies, watchin some Juji... How the hell am I supposed to keep sittin and learning now that you got me all fired up to work out?!
  • @KwyattCreations
Literally my TWO FAVORITE fitness “influencers” Mr. PatMac has taught me so much on not only REAL FUNCTIONAL movements, but also basic dude stuff. Gardening is manly as FUCK! Juji has taught me to love being myself and experiment and keep fitness interesting and entertaining. Thank you guys, it’s safe to say yall have literally saved my life.

Being a nomad survivalist I've lived out of a tent most of my life, and not having access to iron to train i have to get creative using the natrual environment around, heavy rocks, swinging and axe, swaying a saw, using my hiking gear on my back as added weight and so on, the hardest part of this is being able to do pull ups because finding a tree branch thats strong and low enough as well as even enough is harder than you think, this is awesome because most of these workouts can be done in the middle of the woods with the most basic of hiking gear and nature
  • @BodyWeightStrong
100% on transverse movements helping the back. Years ago I worked in a warehouse at a trucking company. Sometimes a pallet with boxes of nuts and bolts would get a broken board. All of those boxes had to go on a new pallet. Bend over grab, turn set and repeat until the boxes of bolts were on the other pallet. No back expert would recommend that, but I will say that is the absolute closest to bulletproof my back ever felt.
  • Love this. I have been training to carry my wife and kids out of a burning building for three years now, and it has completely changed how I train and how much I love training.
  • @BMO_Creative
YEAH MAN! McNamara is all about functional strength, abilities and power! Amazing dude! Thanks Juji!
  • @scooobyj8714
