This should be taught in school, including nutrition and personal finance

    Me who's worn converse since I was 10 years old in constant unbearable pain because of flat foot. Y O U F O O L S
  • running on barefoot shoes or in shoes like converse got my bones rattling 💀
  • The fact that when I was a kid, every kid, myself included, would take our shoes off to go into hyperdrive and run as fast as possible is all I need to know lol Kids are great with intuition. If we felt faster barefoot, we probably were
  • @wiseguy3147
I wear Vans and I confirm that your feet feels like it's slamming into concrete while running.
  • @JessScreams
I knew there was a reason that converse have always been most comfortable as “running shoes” for me
  • @cohenkhan69
Reading these comments made me realize people can't even walk barefoot these days💀
  • @pingu8487
This is why brands like Nike and adidas have training shoes and running shoes, so you have the perfect shoe for the right situation
  • @schznaiver
The toe-spring is literally designed for running/jogging as it helps give you the push-off force your toes need to speed up. If you are lifting weights, of course you would need a more stable, flat shoe. And don't give people the false narrative like "newer shoes" from Nike or Adidas are bad for you, their just different categories of footwear. Nike/Adidas still offer new flatshoes may it be for weight lifting, skate boarding and other sports/activities that requires a flat shoe.
  • @manguman7547
I hear you, only problem is there's a decent amount of barefoot shoes companies all overcharging for shoes and non want to make basketball shoes it's unfortunate
  • @alc4117
I can’t unsee you talking into a shoelace lmao sorry
  • @its_jjk
Doesn't it look like the top shoe is too small for that foot?
  • @anaboveaveragedog
For every one saying it’s not fun for running to wear barefoot shoes because it hurts this guy is talking about wearing these shoes in the gym (I’m pretty sure) you can see his channel is Squat University so it’s probably for doing weights not running
  • @Castleromeo14
that's why my favorite all time comfort shoes are the Adidas NMDs! Flat and so comfyy!!
  • God damnit man I can't even be dripped out without worrying about my physical health.
  • @stenslae
I used to only wear shoes on the top growing up, but I had flat foot issues, my ankles were all concave and stuff, and overall my feet hurt. So, I started wearing totally flat shoes like on the bottom and after a few weeks of soreness my pain disappeared. Never had ankle problems since. Also running in flat shoes such as vans hit different, yall just heel strike.
  • Whenever I wear my sketches for the weekend, it's always an issue to put my work boots on at the start of the week, now I know why.
