16:22 Even when reading the books for the first time as a preteen I thought it was silly to have Cinderheart be Ivypaw’s mentor. The feelings of neglect and even her agreeing to train with Hawkfrost would make more sense if Lionblaze was her mentor and her training was neglected due to his focus on Dovepaw/the prophecy. The Erins don’t always seem keen on vilifying their previous protagonists/making them incredibly flawed (at least without the writing bending over backgrounds to still say that they are good, noble, etc.), which is a disappointing trend.

I looked at the allegiances and they fixed those mistakes in the reprints, Bumble, Briar, and Blossom are still listed as apprentices in Fading Echoes, and Millie is listed as a warrior in The Fourth Apprentice.

I never re-read any warriors books. I know that Ivypool was my favourite character, but I could never remember why, as it's been a decade since OOTS. But now I do. Thank you so much for doing this type of videos, Sunny! You have no idea how much they mean to me!

Small correction if you don't mind the "uhm ackthually": We've known about Vicky having a similar case to Briarlight in her family since at least 2016 where she talked about it in a comment underneath a Facebook post of hers where she shared a fanmade cover for Sunset. In fact, most/all of the little factoids from the website are from either past Facebook posts or author chats or at least revealed on there first

Fading echos i think is my favorite oots book, either that or the forgotten warrior, i like the characters in this book, and the plot in it.
