What a legend. I was so saddened to hear Erwin Beekveld passed away in 2022. I didn’t know his name until recently, but like many I’ve known this song for years. I wish all the love to Erwin Beekveld’s family and friends. Erwin has sailed into the west, and a part of him lives on here as one of the greatest remixes in history.

So far ahead of his time, most people can't even grasp an idea: He (most likely) had: ▪︎An unmatched sense of humour and the concept of an internet Meme already embeded in his mind years prior to the term (let alone the practice) itself were even a thing in this world.
