Checked booking records. The person booked was Brandon Martez Wilburn. He was facing 22 years for second degree murder in Pierce County in 2014, but it was reduced to 29 months for armed robbery in a plea bargain. Charged with armed robber again in 2018 in King County.

Washington State Legislature needs to create a law imposing mandatory jail time of 5 to 10 years for anyone attempting to evade police in a vehicle. These criminals are putting way too many drivers at risk with this sort of dangerous behavior.

WSP needs lessons from Arkansas State Patrol. The trooper on the on-ramp at 3:55 could’ve pit the car with no other cars around.

The video is short and it did not show the actual arrest of this vile criminal who put too many lives at risk with his insane driving.
