I love her. Always informative and fun, I wish she was on more tbh. One of the best female guests I’ve ever heard on JRE.

You two are among a very small group of my heroes. In this sordid time, you two have emerged with your integrity intact.

I wish I could listen to more of what Debra had to say, instead the last 30 minutes was Joe ranting about vaccines. Don’t get me wrong, I actually agree with what’s he’s said on this matter, however when you have an interesting guest in front of you- let them speak 🙄 how many times more will Joe go on a rant about covid ?

Research cannot be fully objectively in most subject areas, because all the decisions are made by humans. That's why a disposition statement is important. You wanna know who conducted this research. Just like reading the same news article, it changes what you think about it depending on if it's from CNN or FOX. The goal of the disposition statement is to disclose and reflect on your own limitations as a researcher due to who you are and in your methods you will explain what you did to minimize the bias.

I like Joe's podcast - although having an inclination for those that do not cover MMA or are conversations with fellow comedians, I wouldn't have the time anyway to listen to all of those and as a European I don't know most of those guests. I haven't finished yet this one with Mrs Soh completely yet, but in this one I am missing a bit of her and hearing too much of Joe himself. Not that I don't like to hear him :-). And on another note, Joe, Mr. Rogan, I want to say that you way of talking about the pharma industry and the Covid era and the medical profession really puzzles me. Certainly there are quite some of your opinions I wholeheartedly agree, like for pharma, and for important other parts of the medical industry, money comes first, and patients only third. The role of money is immense, taking priority over patients in so many cases, this probably being even worse in de the US than here in Europe. But to discredit the whole medical profession, which you give the impression of, seems like throwing the baby out with the bathwater. E.g. I agree on a number of points with your view on the Covid pandemic and how it was handled, but I think you are losing nuance on a number of aspects too. And also by ranting in this way I think you are contributing to the distrust in society instead of keeping an open critical mind like basically you say you are advocating yourself. I have so much more to explain all this, but yeah, wondering if anyone is going to read this... Kind regards anyway, Joris, the Netherlands.

Asian and Jews have better cultures which produce better outcomes. Sorry, not sorry. Even better than whites (my ethnicity) if you’re going to slice groups by those parameters. If they sliced groups by behaviors as opposed to ethnicity, they would paint a more accurate picture of what’s going on. Planned families, emphasis on education in the home, the pursuit of occupations that are secure etc… are more prevalent in these cultures and prevalent in individuals, regardless of race, as well as

Don't vote for the exact same 2 losers that we all did in the LAST election! Instead, vote for open debate! Vote for the best! Vote for coherency and tact! Know WHO is actually running the country! Know who is CAPABLY running the country! Vote for RFK!

although i can appreciate that she is seeking an objective approach to science... i dont really agree with how naming ones own biases, race, preferences, religion is "completely irrelevant". these identifiers play a HUGE role in researchers findings which is why i think it can be extremely helpful and relevant for a researcher to identify themselves with their findings. humans are fallible, thats just a fact. so for her to think gender, race, etc are "irrelevent" is ridiculous. she herself has fallen into the same identity politics she is claiming to go rogue against? its a fact that medical science has been skewed historically because of white men placing a bias (intentionally or unintentionally) on their research.
