62k is insane. The zx14 is only 15k. That's valuing the vehicle at over 45k without the engine and drive train. 45k+ for the rolling chassis. My guess they are tripling their money on each one sold. probably more.
  • For sixty-two big ones, I'd be shopping for a Corvette! Why are all the fun toys always overpriced!?!
  • @trandat4
Jay Leno is probably the coolest gentleman TV host. Not talking too much, not "like, yeah..." gags, not an awkward moment. He just listen to the guests.

Jay Leno Fan since first seen on Johnny Carson, no matter what he does it comes with true enthusiasm.

It's an old video but I just wanted to toss out a shout to the mic team that's casually picking up Jay's commentary at 65mph with wind.
  • @Staghound
im sorry did he say $62,000?!??! i spat my tea out!

Jay describes his channel as " a driving experience show" not a car show but an all around driving experience. I like that. Jay loves all vehicles ( just like me). sure he likes some types more then others but all around he likes them all as long as they are true to the driving experience.

I saw these in a duPont Registry magazine in like 1998. They also had a hover skate board..that never caught on.

20K and I would think about buying one.
  • @surft
I wish it was little bit higher off the ground. Speed humps means this thing has a shaved/dented bottom quite easily
  • @Blackgam3r
I like the version with the doors because it creates a cabin-like look. It makes it look more like an exotic car than a motorcycle with seats.
  • @Da_Asshole
It's cool looking but it cost way too much money
  • @Armedlegally
Jay seems like a really down to earth guy,  I wish him the best on his retirement!

I wonder if a anti-roll bar would help keep all 3 wheels on the ground. From the video, it does look like the feet would be in the way of where you would typically place the bar.
  • I had one of these for about a week. A buddy who I used to do some work for when I was a dealer tech asked if I could store this beast in my garage for a week or so. Needless to say, the whole neighborhood had a pretty good week. I would wake up at around 5 am to get it out when traffic was at a minimum. Worth the money? Hell no! It's not worth half of the cost, but it was a great time for sure.
  • @superpug666
i never get tired of seeing one on the road....and they are made about 30-35mins from my house!
  • Boy it would be great to be able to rent one of these for a couple of weeks to take your sweetie on a nice vacation, cause I'll sure never be able to afford one. I don't know if you read these Jay, but that is a beautiful garage.
