  • I literally just watched this again and i cannot get over the blowing horn twist omg
  • You have no idea how bad I want games set in the Mesoamerican mythology. The mythologies and stories are an untapped source of great games just waiting to happen. Hell I've even had an idea for a soulslike set in a Mayan setting where warriors fight their gods in an attempt to stop the cycle of sacrifices. Edit: so I watched the whole video and I like most of what I heard. One thing I wish could maybe could be further explored is the mystery of the mask and the rift Odin was investigating. I have reason to believe something similar has taken place in the other pantheons and it could lead to Atreus either receiving full control of his sight or maybe even a new way to travel if another mask is found. I really feel like just leaving the whole thing a mystery would be a pointless plot line. Just like how the existence of Athena was also just left out in Ragnarök. I know that's a lot to think about. But if you do plan to explore this topic again I'd love to hear your interpretation on the subject.
  • One thing I'd love to see is Kratos visiting the Roman gods (Retextured greek gods) and seeing how they, having heard what happened to their essentially twins, have changed for the better or worse. On another note, Kratos has canonically been to Egypt before and would probably recognize the land, I'd dare say if Kratos wanted to return to the Norse lands, he could absolutely just retrace his steps.

I swear all of your “I made the next game” videos are insanely good, they ought to just hire you at this point lol.

this whole video is crazy bro, I love these ideas so much. You need to get hired by a studio bro

Man I loved the concept! If I understood correctly, Atreus explored the world after his time travel, so maybe a video regarding his adventure as a dlc could work really great (like your Infamous Aftermath video). I also wanted to ask you: what gameplay changes do you think that should be applied for the new saga? Maybe changing to another genre (for example, the old games were hack and slash)? Thanks for the video ❤
  • Bro this is the best game idea ive heard in awhile i especially like the idea if atreus adventuring in Maya and the Mayans being warned of Kratos by the Egyptians for me that fixes the problem ive had with how can we experience as much pantheons possible without having to wait 15-20 years for it. There are some problems i do have with your story telling though and it focuses on how you describe Horus. You compare how Horus should act a lot like “Tyr” and should be an advocate for peace and renounce war my issue with this is…. it was already done, you know with Tyr… i dont think it would be interesting to see the exact same plot point as the previous game, plus the only reason “Tyr” was anti-war was because Spoiler Warning Odin was disguised as Tyr to stop Ragnorak from happening, so we dont really have any way of knowing if the actual Tyr will be on the same level as of what Odin was acting as. I believe that instead Horus is imprisoned just as Tyr was but instead Horus is far too ready for war as he’s aggressive, overconfident, butt heads with Kratos and violent as all hell with enemies you encounter I suggest to show this have an enemy that the player can be incredibly sympathetic for; killed brutally and joyfully by Horus and this off-puts both Kratos and Atreus extremely. This will remind Kratos of just how brutal he once was and will remind Kratos just how far he has come to being and brutal god to an more sympathetic one. This will also show Atreus an clearer image of just how brutal Kratos might have been in the past and give him the choice of being a better person as i will have Atreus struggle with his rage and maintaining good judgment of situations. Also Horus shouldnt be evil but just very aggravating as an ally and brutal as an opponent he should still be caring contrasting to how Kratos is also becoming caring but Horus is still such an brutal warrior that he isnt as compassionate as Kratos But anyway great video by the way bro i really like a lot of your plot ideas there were just a few ideas i would change but you nailed everything i would love from the next God of War game❤️
  • I love the video but throughout most of it I was wondering, how would the parts where it switches from kratos to Atreus work with the one shot camera? Since I assume they’d use it in this duoligy/trilogy
  • @unstable875
Man's is like a one man creative team the way he's making sequels
  • I just watch the full infamous prodigal son and why did Sucker Punch not hire you.
  • @kinetic1235
God bless you, keep Jesus in your life bro❤
  • Well shit I'm 1 year late to this party. Too late to give my 2 cents on it? Well fuck it, I'm doing it anyway. Great video. Subscribing as soon as I finish this comment. Your writing skills are pretty good and coming from a fellow amateur writer aka me, I have to say that this is a pretty decent continuation to the God of War Franchise. I like the idea of the Pantheons coming together to try to kill Kratos who they see as a Slayer of Gods. Atreus' story is also quite good and probably the best writen Atreus Solo Adventure I've seen out there. However, time for criticism. I'm not sure about the "Gods want to kill Kratos because he ended the Pantheons". From God of War III to God of War 2018 there is (or at least I believe so) a 100 or so year time gap. Any Gods wanting to protect themselves from Kratos by going on the offensive would've done so already I feel. I honestly don't know if Kratos' Story should continue at all. He is in a perfect position as per the end of Valhalla (though I know you didn't have access to that when you made this video). If I were to write a "sequel", it would focus on Atreus and his search for the Giants. I would probably prefer a trilogy, each spanning different Mythologies but all with an interconnected storyline. Either way, your concept has potential. I myself can't think much of a sequel because I'm busy with my own projects which are taking most of my time as is. But I love God of War and will definitely try my hand at writing a sequel one day. Anyways, if you made it to the end of this constitution, praise you. I'm definitely gonna check out your other videos.
  • Just saying if you decided to make in depth videos about your ideas for GoW sequels, I’d watch the hell out of it
  • This has nothing to do with God of war so I apologise but can u do a I made the next Dead Rising game (that is if you’ve played them if not that’s fine I understand if u have played these games I want to know what you’d do with this game and how you’d improve it after 4)
