I keep getting asked if being a Notary public is worth it in 2023. Although real estate is slow and mortgage rates are high there's still money to be made in general notary work. It can be profitable if you apply yourself. Loan Signing has gained popularity in the past 3 years but being a Notary Public is the basic foundation for being a successful loan signing agent. Getting your notary commission in California is easier when you have a step-by-step guide- like this video.
