RIP Taylor Hawkins, incredibly sad and Dave now has to deal with a huge loss again.
  • Apparently, Taylor never left his local drum store without buying equipment for any of the kids in there at the same time. What a legend. RIP.

He´s the guy from Nirvana? ....... greatest line ever

Taylor always visited drum shops all over the world when he was on the road, and would buy gear for whatever kids were in the store. He did this at the drum shop I was teaching at in Denver. I’m not talking about a pair of sticks. He’d drop a few grand on cymbal packs and snares. He never forgot where he came from. He was one of us. A drummer’s drummer. Miss him terribly.
  • I can’t believe Taylor Hawkins is gone. My condolences to his family, friends and the Foo Fighters. RIP 💔thank you for your music

Dave is like that cool uncle you only see when the family gets together on the holidays and has the worst wrapping job with christmas presents but somehow they're always the most thoughtful.

Air drumming is uncontrollable while listening to any Dave song. One of my favorite people in general ❤️ RIP Taylor

For a second… JUST A SECOND… I forgot Dave was a drummer until I noticed him and Taylor’s air drumming were perfectly in sync during “Best of You”
  • @GabeStrenke
Taylor Hawkins is amazing. I love that he, totally unprompted, started singing background vocals for "Learn to Fly" and you could see Dave was loving that.

Imagine being stuck in traffic, looking over to the right and seeing this happen. I'd absolutely lose my shit

I've watched this countless times over the last five years, and it never fails to bring me to laughter. Now it brings me to tears. Tears of joy. RIP Taylor. Such a joy...
  • I've been in such an emotional slump since the passing of Taylor, this brought a much needed smile to my face.

Even if you don’t care for their music, you gotta love them for being the most rockstar-iest rockstars in rock today.

Taylor… You will always be loved and mostly missed, we will always be your Foo Family … RIP Man and keep rockin’ the heavens 🥁💙

It’s a weird feeling to see everyone commenting about Taylor. It’s cool to see how much we love him, but sad because we always say, “I love you” an hour and a day after it’s too late. But he was a legend and one of history’s best drummers (even if it’s only in my eyes). Even though I never met him, I’m gonna miss him.
  • @KNakanishi
You can tell these guys are mad chill, because Corden doesn't have to try as hard to have a good time and converse with them.
  • @aiturran
Just watching this to enjoy Taylor's vibe, energy and overall happiness. He was such a lovely guy, and a talented musician.

BEST CARPOOL on his show ever! RIP Taylor - you were a true legend. Dave is still a living fellow legend.
