The state didn’t prove that JO was hit by a vehicle. The defense doesn’t have to prove anything. There was so much reasonable doubt. That’s my opinion.
  • @RPBSpeaks
The main conspiracy suspects got rid of their phones, a house and a dog. That’s the problem.

IMPORTANT: On day 22, Dighton Police Sgt. Nicholas Barros testified that there was only 1 piece missing from the cracked taillight when he arrived at the Read’s residence BEFORE the car was towed.
  • 1.All these buttdials, I might do 1 or 2 in a year, but NEVER in my sleep when the phone is on the nightstand. 2. All the destroyed phones. 3. Never searched the house of where a dead man is found. 4. Timelines dont match. 5. Trooper paul who is a clown. 6. Missing bodycams, videos. 7. Jen Mccabe that was aloud to check protocols before she answered any questions. 8. Changing stories from day 1- present day. 9. Picked up Karens car before finding any tail pieces. 10 ...... Any more BS in this trial. Even IF Karen did it, you cant convict her on these "evidence". Not guilty and greeting from Sweden 🇸🇪
  • I'd be afraid to live in a town of a group of drunk driving cops.
  • @lisasueroyer
Pretty sure the experts proved he wasn't hit by a car...

Free Karen.. she’s being framed and railroaded.

Why is nobody discussing that there was NO SEARCH of the Albert's house. Notwithstanding that the crime scene was outside, any normal investigator would certainly have secured the house as a possible crime scene and done a thorough search of the house and all of the rooms of the house to eliminate them for being connected to the crime. This case screams COVER-UP and malfeasance by the police and investigators.

Four medical experts stated injuries were not consistent with being hit by a vehicle, two accident reconstruction experts (with PHDs, hired by FBI/DOJ ) also stated the same. “You can't deny the science and the physics.” Unfortunately, people still do.

The guest who said the WOUNDS were checked for dog DNA and that is 100% INCORRECT!!!!!!! Only the shirt was tested and showed PIG DNA!!! Pig is common as dog treats for big dogs, ie pig ears. The investigation dropped the ball by not swabbing the wounds but for some unknown reason they did NOT swab the wounds!!!

If I had cops and ambulance sirens and flashing lights and people screaming out the front of my house, I’d be out there in a second. I find it really strange that the Albert’s slept through it all.
  • Did any of the people on the panel follow this trial? Higgins AND Brian Albert destroyed their phones and threw them away after they were told not to! The defense questioned all of them about the phone calls and texts that they were allowed access to. I think these people on the panel fail to understand that if the CW doesn't want the defense to obtain information that could hurt their case, Bev has zero issues telling the defense they can't have it. In pretrial, the defense had to fight for what phone records they actually were able to obtain from the McAlberts. Bev and Lally accused the defense of going on a fishing expedition when they requested the phone records.
  • Why doesn't everyone ask for a fair, thorough investigation?! Investigate everyone, the Alberts, McCabes, Colin Albert, Higgins get all cell phone records and location! If they are so sure, KR did it then fill all those holes!! Get real experts!!

I don't know why I keep watching this debacle but i just can't stop 😂😢
  • @pjhaze
Clearly weren’t paying attention. The defense tried getting everyone’s phone. Some got rid of their phones, everyone deleted a bunch of calls and everything else. That was part of the case! Omg
  • I’m still shocked that the home owners of an officer never went outside of his home when another fallen officer found on his lawn???
  • @4catmom14
Why did all these people destroy their phones? Who does that unless you are hiding something? Why did no one search that house? Why did they sell the house several months after this happened? Why did they get rid of their dog? If these people didn’t do anything wrong why completely uproot your life.
  • @damonfinken
I love how CourtTV gets a guy that didn't watch the trial and speaks of tracking phones. If he had followed the trial at all, he would know that the people it mattered also knew how to prevent their location being tracked. Why did CourtTV even need this guy?
  • @MakeupMobster
If the mcabes, Albert’s and Higgens wanted to vindicate themselves because this conspiracy existed way before the trial started, why wouldn’t they turn their phones in? The only one who willingly gave her phone and didn’t delete anything was Karen. The rest threw phones away, deleted data, got new phones etc. it doesn’t make sense. If I was innocent I’d hand my phone right over to investigators.
