GIRL you need to make an episode on Xavier Dupont de Ligonnes ! Its a very infamous french case, the guy killed his whole family and is still on the run today, nobone knows where in the world he could be, you could literally help the case by showing his face

I am a social worker who has worked with adults who have Developmental Disabilities and this whole case makes me incredibly uncomfortable. She most likely needed inpatient care and i have a lot of empathy for her past. She never should have been in a place to care for others when she doesn't appear to have the ability to fully care for herself and had a history of harming animals. This whole situation is beyond tragic. The cycle of abuse rolls on.

One thing I will never understand is how someone commits some type of abuse against children, is arrested and has the right to return to their normal lives. I think it's a huge warning someone who has the courage to hurt animals and children. Once they were arrested, they should never return to society.

Years of babysitting and four kids, and not once did I have to call an ambulance or coroner. Christine's first death was suspicious. The second baby's demise was hella suspicious. The third baby to fall ill or die in her care was like a blaring tornado siren 6" from your ear. How could anyone ignore that?

Munchousin syndrome is a scary disorder. As an RN it's sooo frightening to have to consider the illness you're treating is not real....
