I was just driving home and I saw that exact pancake compressor in the trash. I think the guy didn’t know that it had a reset button. So I just got the best price. 0$

Jeff, you ain't lying about the red towels. I have ruined projects using those stinking things. I'm even reluctant to get the white towels, for fear they'll be shred bombs, too.

I’ve got family members that use the nitrile gloves for sanitary reasons. The savings on the gloves pays for the ITC membership by themselves. Even the regular price is better than anywhere else that I have seen. Also you got choice of sizes instead one size fits most.

Hot tip: if buying that cheap tape measure, take 3 or 4 of them and compare them side by side to make sure the inches actually line up. I had a couple of them in my shop and kept getting discrepancies and it turned out one of them wasn’t measuring the same as the other!!

HF should have LIMITS on purchases. Twice, I've seen people buy all the inventory of certain items. Not cool, if you ask me. But no one is asking me... lol

Pittsburg impact sockets ate awesome. I put the torque behind them everyday at my previous job.

I bought the Portland pressure washer. I use it mostly for washing cars since it's not as powerful as my gas powered washer. Works awesome. I use it with the hf foam cannon. I velcroed it to a small foldable dolly. Has not tipped once.

i got the Yukon in black and use it as my kitchen island. fits lots of kitchen equipment in it and can even use magnetic hooks on the back and sides for additional attachments!

They still have the ITC 2-year membership for $44.99 - Item 00399 It was the store manager at one of my local HF's that told me about it a couple months ago so going to add YMMV. But that's worth asking about your store about for anyone that doesn't have it yet or looking to renew.

I still use those tools today, 44 years later. HFT has now become the tool source that we considered Craftman brand accuracy ( a few thousand off). Good quality tools are priceless. I like the Chicago Electric 10 inch sliding miter saw. I’m just a DIYer but in the last 2 months I replaced all my deck boards, deck steps, trimmed out 2 rooms in my house and added 4 X 8 sheets of OSB (with a bunch of 2 X 4 support beams, cut with the miter saw) to my attic. All with the CE saw and a Bauer general purpose blade and a Bauer finishing blade. No issues. Strong 15 amp motor, same as all the other 10 and 12 inch saws out there. I pair it with a 50 foot, 14 gauge cord to make sure I get all I can get from the power plant. I like it, especially for the price.

The electric pressure washer paired with a $20 foam cannon is great to wash cars in the driveway, my local car wash's cheapest wash is $17. It pays for itself.
