I'm not even exaggerating with the title. This Brisket recipe is pretty much foolproof! The spice rub adds just the right amount of flavor. The slow cooker does all of the work. Let it cook while you sleep or work and forget about it!

I just had my brisket with your instructions but with my rub. It was much easier and as tasty as I've ever had. I found your channel by accident. I liked how you noticed your mistake, made the correction, and lets us know how you fixed it. I liked that. Imperfection is not failure. You have a new subscriber.

a trick I found was putting sliced onions on the floor of crock pot instead of spraying non-stick stuff. So they meat sits up a bit. Onions will cook and soften, but it helps and helps with flavour too. I use this with rib recipe with a stout beer as the marinade to cook in.

Coop, looks amazing!! Just purchased this rub as well. I would that I’d waited before I made a dried mess of my first brisket last week 😔, but at least it was a half one and not a whole one. I’ll try this, thanks!!

I just did my beef brisket according to the video - used the homemade recipe for the rub -had to substitute a jalapeño seasoning for the chilli seasoning which I didn't have. I cannot truthfully say how good my house smelled for 12 hrs, or how incredibly good the meat turned our -Thank you, Thank you and Thank you again!Awesome and so ez a recipe!😉
  • Thank you sooooo much for sharing. I was running out of options on meals. You definitely saved us from having the same old boring meals.

Wow! That looked so nice and juicy, when it was done. I've always been intimidated by making brisket (scared it would get too dry), but I'mma go the local meats store and pick up some, and try it! Thank you Coop
