THE SECRET TO MAKE KILLER PORK ADOBO SA GATA | PORK ADOBO IN COCONUT MILK | NAGMAMANTIKA SA SARAP!!!

INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-6cloves chopped garlic
-750g Pork Liempo (pork belly)
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-1 and 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
-1 and 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
-add water as needed to soften the meat
-2pcs dried bay leaves
-3Tbsp vinegar
-3/4cup pure coconut milk
-chili flakes or chopped red chili peppers (optional)
