  • Nuts may be calorie dense but they contain healthy fats and other nutrients and keeps you full for longer so I wouldn’t “watch out” for nuts.

    This isn't very informative. Saying subjective things like "4 small pieces of bacon" and a "small croissant" isn't specific enough. Should have made portion sizes and compared them to each other. You know... like what your thumbnail shows.

    I can't be the only one who doesn't care about how any calories I eat. As long I am not over weight, I am fine, I just run it off.
