I know only 2 things. 1 if they had been there before for violence by suspect and that suspect had many arrest prior or violence in his background he shouldn't even be in the streets. 2. He may be mental but even if he isn't, it was him that pulled the trigger and had he not had a gun he would have used a knife or something else to kill the. He is the one that killed them, not the weapon of choice. Don't blame the gun, blame the violent hate filled person because killers use anything including cars, poison, planes, knives, machetes rock, etc... It's the person or people that do the killing/crime. Not the weapon of choice‼️
