OOOO SNAP!!! I was going to go onto Patreon to compliment you but decided to let everyone know that this is my favorite story you have narrated. Well, not my favorite but the one that have filled me with existential fear for my future. I have always been a woman of ACTION, (and a capability of a bit of violence). In old age to have that ability for action taken away caused my stomach to feel hot. Then to lose the DESIRE for action caused my chest to tighten. I have never considered the future where I couldn't leap into action . I have spent 31 years as an ER nurse, immediate action is in my blood. But losing the desire for action?!?!? I don't want to think of it. THANK YOU AUTHOR FOR THE EXISTENTIAL DREAD AT 8:21 AM.!! THINK I WILL JUST STAY IN BED TODAY!?!?

Well, this was quite a nice surprise to stumble upon. You made me grateful I don't have to use public transportation any longer. Very unsettling tone and yet almost soothing at the same time while telling a story of terror that slowly erases who the main character is while aging them to death. Unique and unnerving. I liked it.

The first nightmare I can remember was of me being scared in the back of a school bus with nowhere to run. Someone is moving slowly from the front of the bus with a knife to do me in. I was 6 years old and this was my introduction to nightmares.
