Superman had his dog Krypto and Supergirl had her pet Streaky the Super Cat. And along with Comet the Super Horse and Beppo the Super Monkey .... all four animals formed the Legion of Super Pets! I am not making that up! DC comics in the silver age.... such crazy wacky stories. Everyone had pet sidekicks back then. Batman had Ace the Bat-Hound and Aquaman had his octopus pal Topo.
