So much brush in mexico and the citizens down there, especially in the ranches, tend to burn their trash. Kind of odd how fires get "out of control" in california with all the equipment fire departments have here in california. Sometimes i start to wonder if those fires are startrd intentionally to increase the budget of the fire department.
