Zucchini is so delicious that I make it three times a week! This recipe is a real treasure!

Ingredients:
2 zucchinis
5.5 ounces (150 grams) cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for greasing
All-purpose flour
For the sauce:
Mayonnaise
Yogurt
2 cloves of garlic
Chopped green onions
Instructions:
Slice the zucchinis.
Grate the cheddar cheese.
Place some cheese in the middle of the sliced zucchinis.
Break and whisk the eggs, season with salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease it with oil.
Dip the zucchinis first in flour and then in the egg mixture.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with yogurt, add minced garlic and chopped green onions.
Serve the zucchinis with the prepared sauce.

My sister cuts zucchini into discs like this but just coats them in Parmesan cheese and fries them and they are so good!

Мама делала кабачки. Режеш тонкими пластинками ( 3-4 мм), обмакиваешь в муку и жариш. Потом выкладываеш слой на тарелку, промазываеш смесью майонеза, черного перца молотого и чеснока давленного. И таких слоёв много! Жирно? Да. Но как же вкусно! Да с ржаным хлебом. Объеденье!
