Kinda bittersweet seeing the tiny house project come to an end soon🙃 Absolutely love how your property is like a huge machinery playground😄

I'm a former plumbing contractor and noticed that you need to install a vent on the kitchen sink. Also, unless the codes have changed, the closet bend 2" outlet is not league. It's meant for a vent for the toilet. I suggest you contact someone who is more up to date on all the new codes and and installations practices as it's been over 40 years since I sold my business. Good luck!

Big fan of the copper crimp rings for PEX. I've never had an issue with them, and they are also what my brother-in-law, who owns his own plumbing business, uses. You guys have done quite an amazing job with the container tiny home. Keep doing what you do because it's inspirational for people who think they can't do it to see you guys just figure it out and get stuff done.

Courtney saying “ No freaking way”…” This look’s so Stinking good” said everything about the entirety of the video today! Love what you accomplished with the tiny house for your Mom🙏🙏🙏Blessing’s
  • The landscaping will look nice. I would humbly suggest you find native grass species or some other native plant substitute. As to not interrupt the native ecosystem. A lot of times the plants from a hardware stores such as sod are species not native to the area’s ecology and can potentially become invasive. That mountain ecosystems looks quite healthy.

Wow that's a beautiful little container home that doesn't look like a container. It's in the perfect spot. I know Courtney's mom will love and appreciate it for sure. She won't have to worry about climbing stairs. Great job, you two do wonderful work with your hands. ❤
  • On your next episode, please do an aerial view of where the container home sets in relationship to your house. Your mom is going to fall in love with not only the container, which is incredible, but the view. What a view!

Love the Easter egg of the dump box in the background. Wonder how many people will catch it.

Nice touch adding some plumbers crack in during the plumbing sequence for authenticity. :-)

Your Mom is going to LOVE this spot with its view - and proximity to you two... Well Done.
  • Nice work. Tip for holesaws. When drilling through hard materials, or more than 1/2" of wood; clear the chips/sawdust often. The teeth are only so deep. They can only hold a small amount. Pull the saw out, go back and drill some more. The harder the material, the less you drill before clearing chips. Saw lasts longer, and not as tough to drill. I know it seems like a lot of wasted time, but a very wise metalsmith taught me this (Thanks Ryan), and it really helps.
  • My favorite way to connect PEX is the compression rings. Just one clamp of the tool and NO leaks. granted if you needed to take them off you had to cut them. I just used my Dremel with a cutting disc.
