An Urban UK: American gets a Perfect Score on GeoGuessr?

Hint: when you see a road number e.g. A308, if it's not in parentheses it means you're on that road, whereas if you see (A308) it means you're on a road that leads to the A308. In the first challenge you were on the A308.

From Portsmouth, some really interesting rounds in this one! As a Chelsea fan I noticed the SW6 postcode on the sign, the same as Stamford Bridge which was fairly close to the location. Fulham Road is immortalised in Jethro Tull's A Passion Play: "there was a rush along the Fulham Road, there was a hush in the passion play"

I'm in London. Favourite sweet is a difficult question, but probably either Cadbury Whole Nut or Crunchy Bar.

Round 1: This feels like London. I chose the right way to go and immediately found a street name sign and a road sign that told me exactly where we are. Round 2: This feels Midlands-ish. Again I guesseed the right way to go and found the helpful road signs. Dropped a point by getting the wrong side of the corner. Very annoying. Round 3: Lawrence Hill Industrial Estate - that could mean we're in the Lawrence Hill area of Bristol. Looking closer I see a sign that does say Bristol, so yes we are. Took me a whlie to remember where in Bristol it is, but once I found the railway bridge that was all I needed. Round 4: Moving not required on this one. Bideford, Bude and Torrington are all in North Devon, we're looking north so find the area where that makes Bude to the left and Bideford and Torrington Right, zoom in to find the road numbers and then it's just finnesse. Round 5: University of Worcester, looks pretty central so I zoom in and find the university straight away and all the buildings are helpfully labelled.

I live in Lincoln - so you got reasonably close to my area in one of these rounds. :) Favourite sweet - Jelly Babies.

Hint if you can't find towns etc. Road numbers starting with a 1 (M1, A1, A11, A12, A13, A14 and sub roads) radiate clockwise out of London to Leeds (M1) round to Dartford (East of London) Road numbers starting with a 2 are clockwise from Dartford, kent (Thames estuary) round to about "7pm" if you look at it like a clock. Road Numbers starting with a 3 are south west of London radiating out down towards Devon/Cornwall etc. up to Bristol. Road Numbers starting with a 4 then radiate up from Bristol round up to Leeds again. Then ones starting with a 5 are West Midlands over to North wales. Ones with a 6 are North West (Manchester etc. going south) Ones with a 7 are North West going north into Scotland Ones with a 8 are Scotland from Glasgow up to the east coast of Scotland Ones with a 9 are Scotland going North from Edinburgh up to the Highlands That'll give you a rough area to start scanning :)

Peterborough (Pee'uh'buh'ruh') here. A city with a bad rep, but really unjustified, to be honest. My work's office is in Bath, on the other side of the country and a very nice place to visit. Don't like Cadbury's (pronounced 'Cabbrees' around my way) since it was bought by Kraft, but I'm fond of Snickers and Tony's Chocolonely. Nobody's even filled my car up with petrol for me. The thing to bear in mind with UK petrol is that it's priced per litre, not per gallon (~4.5L per Gallon)

Couple of things that might help with the UK in future - single digit A roads radiate out from London like spokes of a wheel and motorways (M numbered) are often numbered to match the original A road. House numbers are usually (99% of the time) evens on the right, odds on the left with the numbers going up heading away from the town/city centre.

I'm originally from Worcester (UK), but now live in St. Louis (USA). Pronunciation for Worcester is W(schwa)ster, so closer to Wooster, OH, than Worcester, MA. Is there a British cathedrals game? If so you might find that a few don't look like you would expect.
