My eldest good girl alerted me of a snake in the garage just as I was about to walk past it. She backed up so quickly there was no way I wouldn't notice. We both ended up running to the front door instead. Snake left on its own and was found dead a couple days later, having been run over by a car. It turned out it wasn't venomous, but we live in a place that's a mixture of real and imposters, so we don't take chances.
