As retired law enforcement...this pisses me off. Talk to the people ( owner/ citizens) before you arrest or detain them..find out what's really happening....don't just put them in a squad & take them " downtown. Talking to people is what investigating is all about.

How dare this business owner attempt to defend his livelihood, contribute to society, continue attempting to provide for himself and his family and not rely on big daddy Govt and it's Corporate Overlords.
