I love how Pat is putting his whole life screaming into the mic and Kurts just chilling singing like normal.

I personally hate people who dislike Pat Smear. Like, leave him alone, he could definitely not sing as good as Cobain, but he did the job. Kurt Cobain had him in the band because he liked him, and of course because he was talented.

Pat’s vocals are massively underrated. What a legend.

Krist's bassline on this one is criminally underrated. Definitely brings Heart-Shaped Box to another level.

Live versions always have a different feel than the original.

These guys were so insanely tight as a band, they 100% knew what they were doing, sloppiness was for show

This is my favorite Nirvana concert. To me, the concerts which have just the three members don't sound as full and as hard and as good. With Pat there it just makes the music rich and deep and full and provides power cords and layers while Kurt is playing lead.

Pat is like: "Hey! Wait! I got a new complaint! FoOOooueueuweeueew"

No one is making music like this now. I wish I was alive during this time to see them live. RIP Kurt

Kurt, Chris, Dave and Pat - these are THE Nirvana.

Bruh Pat is killing those harmonies. Man I'd give anything for one more Nirvana album with Pat on rhythm guitar and backup vox

This is my favorite version of Heart Shaped Box hands down. Literally so good

Still sounds as good today as it ever did. Diamonds never lose their shine. Nirvana Forever.

I love the way kurt performs, he really feels the song, he gets in the moment, so much so, that he seems oblivious to anything else around, he’s just there expressing his passion. It’s a very spiritual experience
  • Man this is the best version of this song. When Pat and Kurt harmonise the refrain it sounds so fucking amazing.
  • 28 years ago .... Rip Kurt you have a special place in everyone's heart and music 🌹
