Ooohhh I've had your 10 pack for several months and felt too nervous to try them but I'm going to take the plunge tonight! Thank you for all the helpful information. Start .25, 5 times horizontal vertical, diagonal in 4 zones on face, no acids on face or sun or physical treatments for 72 hours after, limit sweating (exercise/ sauna) for 22 hours (that's challenging!). Pat only on face afterwards-no rubbing. Do this 1-2 hours before bed, after double cleansing face and cleansing dermaroller! I feel prepared now!

I have to say this. So I used 0.25 two weeks after an exfoliating facial in a spa. I had a really nice glow the next day but thought maybe it's the accumulated effect of the previous facial. I waited another two weeks and did the 0.25 again.......my goodness the glow is real! Today is the next day and my skin is reflecting light in a glowy way. The last time i had this glow was when i was 16...im like 30 now. I'm gonna slowly work my way to 0.5. But I already recommended this to my sister.

I’m trying to Dermaroll in a regular basis, must say I don’t really enjoy it… I use .25 needle and it hurts 😅… but, I can see results, so I’ll have to stick with my routine. I was using BHA after as well, but I’ll stop since you don’t recommend it. I appreciate all your help. ❤❤
