The plaintiff parked his car in the defendant’s parking garage. When he picked it up, the plaintiff claims the vehicle was damaged, so he is suing for repairs. The defendant insists the plaintiff is lying about the damages as retaliation because the defendant raised his parking lot prices.

Someone is jealous in that parking garage
  • A young, successful black man in the medical field. I love to see it👏🏾
  • The fact that he only wanted to be called Robert, and not Dr So and so shows his humility and down to earth Cardiologist..... fix the man's car
  • @NubianP6
His car is being damaged INTENTIONALLY! 😒
  • Doctor Robert displayed much more patience than I’d have displayed in these instances !

The fact that the plaintiff was just going to eat the first couple of damages shows how humble he is.
  • It never surprises me when incompetent people(the defendants) show up in court with ZERO evidence to defend themselves, then tell the Plaintiff to take them to court, hoping that this prominent doctor would just drop it. They were wrong... And I wish that judge Milian could have awarded the Plaintiff the rental fees. Let the defendants go after the incompetent attendant that caused the damage & deliberately failed to report it to save his own ass.

Defendant knows his employees damaged the car and thinks playing dumb will get him out of his responsibility. NO WAY JOSE!

The plaintiff has a good heart. ❤ He should have gotten all 3, in my opinion
  • @Nevaeh1
They should’ve had to pay for all three incidents

The plaintiff has a good heart! (Get it? Cause he’s a cardiologist?)

It's true, you need a private garage with a nice car.

What an intelligent handsome guy the plaintiff is ❤

The day after I picked my Audi up from a parking garage I noticed the passenger side dented and scratched . I had picked my car up at night, so I didn’t even notice the damage until the next morning. I couldn’t prove that it happened at the garage, their cameras didn’t work, but the owner volunteered to pay the total bill, over $3500.00 and gave us a nice gift card to PF Changs. He owned that restaurant.

Someone in that parking garage is doing that on purpose

The smirk the plaintiff had at the beginning of the case when it was mentioned about the price increase. 😂

The way they treated the plaintiff is horrible as if he’s a low class citizen . He makes more money than these vile defendant and has class .
  • This parking is where he LIVES. He said it's happening overnight. Sounds like the building needs a new company to do the parking management.
