If you hold your brush lightly like a pencil, and make sure bristles of your brush dont bend, but just gently do circular motions, this technique is not invasive and prevents from gum recession

0:38 the gums in the front teeth are thinner than the molars gums, and brushing like this can really do some damage especially if you don't have soft bristle toothbrush.

If you have narrow arches like I do, how to you use this technique on th inside front teeth? I also have some crowding on the bottom. Thanks!
  • I heard that brushing in circles is better than horizontal, and that the 'sweep' does not do much

I like this video..Thanks for sharing, but i prefer electric brushing coz everytime i brush my teeth manually, my gums bleed, and i ask kriss ai for tips on what is the best to use electric or manual brushing..

    Isnt better electronic brush?

I tried hard to like the manual brush but couldn’t. Electric ⚡️ is always better because sometimes I get sloppy and can’t follow technique 😅

Do this technique if you would love to pay thousands of dollars and stitches in your mouth, to treat the gum recession this horrible technique causes. Comes from someone who literally brushed the gums off, with no inflammation ever cause it happened little by little… periodontists, rejoice! For here is all my savings! How to: always a soft or even ultra soft bristle. The upper teeth need to be brushed from up to down, same for the back parts. Have a soft grip and font press at all. Do not rush And the lower jaw teeth go from down to up. Use floss and be gentle, don’t slam it into your gums every time it’s squeezed through the tight teeth. Be gentle and take your time. And a non-alcoholic mouthwash, that has NO WHITENING bs in it. All those whitening stuff is actually bad for the gums. And alcohol based mouthwash maybe only from time to time. Because alcohol dries the mouth out and that is not as good for the gum health. And go to the dentist at least once a year. Check for everything, so they can notice if there is any gum recession from grinding or overbrushing. And remember, if a cavity is tiny, and you didn’t even ever feel it, then it’s totally fine to not let that get DRILLED and filled, but monitored for next visit. Fluoride in the toothpaste can help the tooth heal very small cavities on itself. Because fillings when you never even felt anything with that tooth, can change your bite… fillings too high, and only your jaw bite can identify when it is too high, and causes that tooth to press on the other opposite tooth, and thus cause more sensitivity and gum-bone recession… I wish I never touched that tooth 3 month ago…
