In as much detail as you can, describe these things:-
1. Your fantasy time and place to read a book
2. Your fantasy personal library (or your personal library if you have attained your fantasy!)
3. Imagine you have decided to build a bookshop. What would you call it? Would it sell new or second-hand books? Would it sell anything else? What features would you want in that shop?
4. One person (not a Booktube creator) with whom you can have a good conversation about books? If you don’t know a person like this, who do you know that you wish would become a reader so that you could talk books with them?
5. If you won a million dollars (or pounds or yen or Euros, etc) and you could only spend it on books or book related items, how would you spend it?

I love how you mention making your bookstore accessible to wheelchairs! I live in Edinburgh and there are so many wonderful looking independent bookstores and I can't get into any with my chair lol

I've always dreamt of someday having a home with a separate room just for a library, and a revolving bookshelf leading to a hidden room or passageway like in horror movies. I'd decorate the library with antique furniture, a globe, and an oversized book stand holding a huge elephant folio-sized book like an old atlas.

I love this tag! So much that I am going to write a blog post about it since I don't have a channel. I am totally with you on the Brattle thing. I can imagine bookmarks that have Steve's face and his famous quote "The Brattle will provide!" Wonderland books sounds lovely and I'd definitely come shop.

Happy Sunday Kelly! I like that first answer... 🙂Being retired and swinging in a hammock with a book and tunes playing, I'll take it...Nice, one of my favorite record stores is called Wonderland! The logo is Alice holding up an album. My own shop would combine books and music...naturally. I do hope you make a friend in-person you could share book passions with. I noticed at Barnes and Noble they used to have chairs and benches to sit on to look over the books you're looking at and it seems like they got rid of those which I'm really not happy about. Nice bookends! I know what you mean about finding people outside of booktube to talk about books with. I was out for a Mother's Day brunch today, sitting next to my nephew and told him I was reading a lot and he just said that's great if you enjoy that and that was it. I would think you'd be extremely popular. You have such a great personality and have so much to talk about. It's not easy to get and maintain friends though - at least not for me either.

Your description of a bookshop reminds me of my own dream. I would love to own a mixed (old and new) bookstore like Boswell's in Milwaukee. However, your description reminds me a bit of Taylor's in Charleston, WV!
