I have eczema since birth. What helped me the most is the following: For flare ups : Eucerin Eczema Relief Flare Up Treatment For regular moisturizer for hands: Eucerin Eczema Relief Cream For facial moisturizer : First Aid Beauty/FAB Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer I do not knit. I do not wear any sweaters or wear anything knitted. It is the texture of anything knitted that irritates my skin. I take utmost care I am not exposed to too much sweat. It is sweat in elbows and knees that irritate the skin to a rash. I do not expose my hands to detergent or harsh chemicals of any kind. If I have to wash dishes, I have to wear gloves. If I have to wash my hair, I do not touch shampoo or conditioner with my hands. I wear gloves and lean over the sink to wash my hair. I drink lots and lots of water. I am 99.99% eczema free due to the consistent care I do for my skin. It was not easy. Over the years, I have had bad bouts of eczema. I did not know better years ago. For example, I started to knit a scarf. I stopped knitting. My skin cracked and bled. I used an inferior moisturizer on my hands. My skin cracked and bled. That was before I was recommended Eucerin. Final note: I eat whatever I want. And remain 99.99% eczema free. But, that's me. Could be different for others.
  • THANK YOU SO MUCH DR HUI ❤ I WILL BE WATCHING MY DIET TO AVOID IT . HAD A BAD ONE LAST SUMMER .
