sorry this video is a lot shorter than my previous vids. working, traveling, vlogging, and being present with my loved ones is really hard to juggle! this tokyo trip has been truly my greatest highlight in 2023. can't wait to share how i spent the week off in the next video! also, this is probably my 5th time in tokyo, and this italian restaurant is my all-time favorite restaurant.

It's definitely nice to have someone who lives in Japan take you around. It becomes a more personal trip and you get to experience actual life in Japan instead of doing the standard tourist attractions.

I recognized Yama No Chaya from the pics on IG!! I also stayed there and enjoyed it. I do think there’s so many great places to stay in Hakone but I just lucked out finding the recommendation on reddit 😂
