Everything prepared by the chef, no kitchen helper. And kitchen is amazingly clean just like it was just opened yesterday. Highest respect to Japanese restaurants.

My compliments to the cameraman and the staff. This is a busy kitchen with not a lot of room for maneuvering, so the cameraman had to be ever mindful of the movement of the cooks and staff; not an easy job! Great publicity for the eatery. Thanks for an inside look at what goes on in a busy "Chinese Style" eatery, both during the eating and the prep work before the place opens for business.

何を食べても旨い。ホントに旨いのよ。 麺が特別に美味い、だから麺類は外れなし。 チャーハンは、具がちゃんと調理されてるから超絶に旨い。 レバニラが、大大好き、旨い。 私は、東京で一番だと思い通ってる。 そして、そして、特筆すべきことが・・・・、 広い厨房が、常にピッカピカに清掃されていて油汚れなんてまったくない。 こんな町中華のお店って、なんて素敵なんだ。。。。 だから、いつもカウンター席で調理している厨房を眺めながら食してる。
