Pick a good pen too. Fountain pens are good because they require no weight to write. A felt tip pen is good too. You would be surprised at how much your handwriting will both improve and look more sharp. Hope this helps.

When I was learning Arabic our teacher taught us by tracing the letters! wow this brings back memories, old styles are the best way to learn something new

This helped a lot!! I think it was a great idea to trace over a paper that has sentences with the font you like on it, it's a really good method to improve your handwriting. Also, most people forget about the numbers, but it's important to not forget about them. I used to always write the standard two that looks like this: (2), but I want to try to write a 2 in a fancier way. With for fours, I'm trying to write them more like this: (4), instead of the standard normal way. Also with ones I'm trying to write them to look like this: (1), (except with a line on the bottom. It just looks nicer that way. Anyways, when you're improving your handwriting, never forget about numbers. You may already them the way that's considered fancier to me, but I would always write them the standard, normal, and boring way.

My handwriting doesn’t look bad but it takes me forever to write neatly it takes me about ten minutes to write one-two sentences this is usually at school though for when I’m rushing but this was very helpful thank you!

Nice video, very helpful. I agree, spacing between words is important. For me using interesting pangrams helps. I found a book, Millard Port's Wise and Funny:100 Pangrams has great choices for long or short pangrams. I keep my samples in a Moleskine notebook.

When I was a girl I sat next to another girl in class whose handwriting looked just like this video! So I asked the girl to copy a paragraph from the text book and I took it home to study from. By the following week, both myself and my class mate had 'identical handwriting'! I completely copied her style, so much that our teacher could not tell our homework apart lol! Now I am an Artist and my classmate ... who knows .. is probably a Cardiovascular surgeon lol ... and you're right ... there is no point to this true story, but i felt like sharing it anyway ... lol lol
