  • James Taylor puts such a wonderful touch in every tune he sings & plays. Man, his music pulled me through moments of despair & added warmth to the great times too ! What a joy.

That was a beautiful cover. His version has an undertone of heartbreak.

I can't believe how motionless they remained throughout the entire performance.
  • Sort of a cultural “Mountain”... Range. Well said James Taylor & lovely take on this early Bob Dylan classic.

James Taylor, my first concert at The Hollywood Bowl when Mud, Slide Slim came out. AMAZING concert, especially for my first one.
  • Still resonates with me. Heard the original as a preteen and didn’t know what it meant till my mid 20s

James Taylor has a voice like melting chocolate. Dylan's words are running water and daily bread. Our lives need this.

As North America, the 🌎 begins to come out of the darkness and strong hold of covid-19, 🇺🇸 and a few other countries are attempting to become creative as far as safety protocols and concerts go. I know May are left out of rescheduled concerts. Until my Canadian border opens up, live- streaming, and past performances we shall have to settle for here in 🇨🇦, and "ain't no use to sit and wonder why" nor "think twice about" what just is. We must pack a healthy dose of patience, respect for a process just now and a whole lot of thanks into our daily lives that we came out of this ordeal still intact So fortunate to tune up a James Taylor song or one he has covered. Feeling blessed.

His voice feels everything but is still a soothing touch. Beautiful sounding guitar. What lyrics

James could make a rock melt. I saw this guy way back in Boston in the late sixties. Three people in a cafe. Us and James. He must of thought I was nuts copying fingers stylings and chords. James could make rocks melt.....
  • His comedic timing in the intro is spot on! As is the song, of course...
