The plaintiff says the defendant is her ex-boyfriend and they used to live together. He stalked her and made death threats, but she’s suing for money he still owes her. The defendant says the plaintiff moved out and didn’t pay the last few months of rent, so he’s keeping the security deposit. He’s countersuing for back rent.

    I knew she was full of it when she said, "My bank doesn't allow me to go back more than 3 months." That's bull.

    She moved to an entirely new state, for a guy she met on Omegle, but doesn't see a problem with her leaving and not fighting for her children. SMH. I think he dodged a bullet with this one. Hope the babies are happy with their Dad.

    My theory is she left her boyfriend/husband and children for the guy she is suing. The boyfriend/husband went to court gaining full custody of the children by saying she abandoned their children which was granted since she didn't go to court.

    The plaintiff is a great example of how being a mother isn't just about giving birth. The children are probably best away from her. Bravo to the father who stepped in and put that court order against her.

    The plaintiff was a cold lady. Doesn't see her kids for a couple of years but goes and buys designer dogs. I loved JM having all that come out. Glad she didn't get her security deposit back.

    What reasonable mother, that is fighting for their children's custody, (after not seeing her kids in three years) move to a different state, after meeting a guy she met online once or twice?🤔😒

    She knows why she can’t see her kids. That’s sad, how can you give birth to 2 kids and not see them? They’re at the age where they will remember her not being around

    Plaintiff is a horrible person. LEFT her kids. Defendant just wanted a photo of the dog. Horrible human.
