This is very cool! I'm a teacher and I can imagine myself using this exercise on the first day of a new semester to get students to talk about their goals and fears, and getting them to talk about obstacles and successes that they've experienced in relation to the subject. Thank you for this great video!

Very helpful. I've seen other variation of the matrix when I first learned about ACT. So for a while I thought ACT just wasn't a training/therapy for me so I never tried to use it in my life or my sessions, but this adaption really is "simple". Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and training with us!
