BASICALLY after years of gameplay, I got to reveal this lore dump video to my party. Many screams were made, many baffled gawks, maaaany delighted expressions from me because FINALLY THE PARTY REACHED THIS POINT and the game's SUPER not over yet!!!



In my three year long time travel themed d&d campaign, my players faced off against an ancient red dragon alongside their highly suspicious employer, a seemingly young human being named Lemon- only to discover that dragon WAS their employer and that they had just killed them.

Lemon left them instructions to find a 'Two Paged Book' and to place in it an arcane focus- which was revealed to be a laptop and a USB. On that usb was this video, explaining the truth of the world.

That it was once modern and thriving, but a cataclysmic event destroyed all life- save the dragons, though all suffered the effects of longterm cancer. The millennia went by, and Lemon started seeing time anomalies, and formed an organisation to document these anomalies, secure artifacts that hold a mysterious time based magic of unknown origin, and search for answers to questions not yet asked.

Only for the same name the party have heard time and time again, to end their thousands of years of work.

    This is utterly amazing!!! The intro, the horror of the narrator breaking down, their use of the book, their quest to take down the halfling - I was giddy with fear the whole way through! Not to mention the fact that you voiced and animated this all on your own! Your players are lucky to have you ~
