    In Singapore, there’s an Indian dish here called Tulang Merah which literally means Red Bones. The dish is basically mutton bones in thick red broth/sauce and we eat the bone marrow by sticking in a straw and suck it out or use the back of a spoon/fork to scoop it out and eat it
