Thanks for the tip. Didn’t have WD40 but Double TT spray worked just as well. Didn’t use a hot air gun or hair dryer but luckily enough ( and rare ) it’s a baking hot day in Wales 🏴 today. Happy with the results.👍🏻

Had to login to thank you for this! I didn't even need the hair dryer or water, just spray WD-40 on the glue/residue, leave it to sit for an hour or so to saturate, then come at it with a scraper tool (old card works) and it comes right off.

Use diesel fuel to clean it much easier

Awful demonstration spray area that needs removing with WD40 leave for 10 mins then with a flat plastic scraper or plastic card and will remove a lot faster !
